Nana Jorjadze, a celebrated Georgian filmmaker, was born on December 4, 1945, in Tbilisi, Georgia. She initially pursued a degree in Western European languages and literature from Tbilisi State University. Later, she enrolled in the filmmaking and acting program at Shota Rustaveli Tbilisi State Theater Institute, where she honed her skills under the tutelage of renowned director Mikhail Ivanovich Tumanishvili.
