Kiernan Agard: From Arsenal to Bristol City
Early Life and CareerKiernan Agard was born in London on 10 October 1989, with Jamaican heritage. His football journey began with Arsenal's youth academy, where he spent the years from 1999 to 2005. He then moved on to Everton, initially playing in their youth setup.
Everton Debut and Loans
Agard's debut for Everton's senior team came in September 2009 in a League Cup encounter against Hull City, which the Toffees won 4-0. He also made a substitute appearance in the Premier League against Chelsea during that season. Seeking regular playing time, Agard was loaned out to Peterborough United in January 2011 but returned to Everton after the club changed managers and only made one FA Cup appearance for Peterborough.
Scottish Adventure and Departure from Everton
In January 2011, Agard joined Scottish club Kilmarnock on loan for the remainder of the season. After leaving Everton at the end of the 2010/11 campaign, he signed for Yeovil Town.
Later Career
Agard has since played for a variety of clubs, including Rotherham United, Rotherham United, Plymouth Argyle, and Milton Keynes Dons. He currently plies his trade as a striker for Bristol City.
