Career at Gillette
Matveyev's career in the communications industry began at Gillette, where he held two positions. From 1993 to 1994, he was the Assistant Director of Business Development at Gillette's Boston headquarters. From 1995 to 1996, he became the Head of CIS Region for Parker-Watermann, a subsidiary of Gillette.
Komanndarm and HMS Carat
In 1997, Matveyev joined Komanndarm, a Russian advertising agency. He rose through the ranks, becoming the Client Service Director before the agency's restructuring. Following the restructuring, he became the CEO of HMS Carat, a group within Komanndarm.
Aegis Media/OKS
In 2005, Matveyev was appointed as the CEO of Aegis Media/OKS, a communications group. He has led the company through growth and expansion in the Russian market.
