Yaroslav Dubnovyi was born on February 8, 1993, in Sumy, Ukraine. His journey in badminton began at the young age of 11 when he joined the Kharkiv Badminton Sports Club in 2004.

Sporting Achievements

In the years that followed, Dubnovyi showcased his exceptional talent, regularly placing among the top in domestic junior tournaments. In 2007, he extended his success to international competitions. A historic moment came in 2009 when the Ukrainian national badminton team, led by Dubnovyi, secured a bronze medal at the European Junior Championships - a first for the country.

He continued to excel, claiming the silver medal at the European Grand Prix in Turkey in 2010. In 2011, Dubnovyi's accomplishments included a team bronze at the European Student Championships, the title of Ukrainian Junior Champion, and an overall victory at the Makarov International Tournament.

Community Initiatives and Entrepreneurship

Dubnovyi's passion for community extended beyond sports. In 2015-2016, he served as the head of the Sports Commission of the Kharkiv Youth Council. In 2016, he founded "Granat," a non-profit organization focused on promoting sports, charity, and education in Kharkiv and Dnipro.

Recognizing the importance of developing young professionals, Dubnovyi established the SMM agency "ibrand.pro" in 2018, which has since supported over ten brands in Dnipro. His personal brand, launched in 2019, aims to inspire youth towards active participation in sports, self-fulfillment, and the building of a civic society.
