Timothy Nordgren: American Biathlete
Timothy Nordgren is an American biathlete who competed in the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, Russia. His professional career began in 2007, having previously been involved in cross-country skiing.
Early Success
Nordgren achieved his first major success in 2008, winning a bronze medal in the pursuit race at the Junior World Championships in Ruhpolding, Germany. He made his World Cup debut during the 2010/2011 season.
International Appearances
Since his World Cup debut, Nordgren has been a consistent member of the United States national team. He has participated in numerous World Cup events as well as the Open European Championships for Biathlon.
