Early Life
Elena Pul, born on November 4, 1987, in Kharkiv, Ukraine, embarked on her dancing journey at the tender age of nine. Her parents enrolled her in ballroom dance classes, where she honed her skills and participated in various competitions.
Education and Career
Pul pursued higher education at Kharkiv State University of Construction and Architecture, earning a degree in heat, gas supply, and ventilation. Subsequently, she graduated from the Kharkiv State Academy of Physical Culture and Sports, specializing in sports medicine and rehabilitation.
Dance Competitions and Television Appearances
Pul showcased her talent in numerous dance competitions, both as a solo artist and in partnership. In 2010, she passed the casting for the Ukrainian show "Everybody Dances - 3!" and made it to the top 20. In 2011, she partnered with Stas Shurins for "Dancing with the Stars" on STB channel. In 2012, she returned to "Everybody Dances! Heroes Return" after a participant fell ill and requested her replacement.
Choreography and Dance School
Pul expanded her repertoire by becoming a choreographer. She created performances for young dancers while simultaneously managing her own "School of Modern Body," which catered exclusively to females.
"Mirror of the World" and "Dances on TNT"
In 2016, Pul staged the grand-scale dance production "Mirror of the World," inspired by the classic tale of the Snow Queen. Her performance drew attention and motivated her to audition for "Dances on TNT."
Pul auditioned in Novosibirsk and impressed the jury, including her former associate, Tatyana Denisova. She performed a captivating cha-cha-cha routine that earned her a spot in the competition.
Personal Life
Pul keeps her personal life private and rarely shares information about her romantic relationships. Rumors of a romance with Stas Shurins were denied by both parties. Pul believes that happiness lies in making others happy.
