Princeton University and Massachusetts Institute of Technology
Following his graduation, Dr. Astronomer joined the esteemed faculty of Princeton University, where he honed his research skills until 1981. He then extended his academic journey to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), where he served as an associate professor until 1984.
Johns Hopkins University and the University of Hawaii
In 1984, Dr. Astronomer ascended to the position of professor at Johns Hopkins University. His exceptional work and dedication earned him recognition in the field, and in 1986 he was appointed deputy director of the Institute for Astronomy at the University of Hawaii.
