Early Life and EducationLewis Pullman was born on January 29, 1993, in Los Angeles, California. He is the youngest child of actor Bill Pullman and dancer Tamara Hurwitz. Despite his artistic lineage, Pullman initially pursued a career in social work, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree from Warren Wilson College in 2015.

After graduating, Pullman returned to acting, earning his first major role in the comedy series "Highston" (2015). Though well-received by critics, the show was eventually canceled.
