Early Life and Education

Marina Vladimirovna Tsvetkova was born on March 21, 1929, in Moscow. She graduated from the Faculty of Psychology of the Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov in 1953.

Academic Career

In 1970, Tsvetkova obtained her doctorate in psychology. In 1976, she became a professor in the Department of Neuro- and Pathopsychology at the Faculty of Psychology of Moscow State University.

Research Interests

Tsvetkova's primary area of research is neuropsychology. Her doctoral dissertation, "Restorative Learning in Local Brain Lesions" (1969), explored the psychological and neuropsychological effects of localized brain lesions.

Tsvetkova has been a member of numerous prestigious organizations, including:
