Ludvik Dolezal, a homeless resident of the Czech Republic, was recently dubbed the Dirtiest Man in Europe. This dubious title was bestowed upon Ludvik due to his inhuman levels of filth. Not only did he go an entire year without washing, but he also slept practically in the midst of a bonfire.

Ludvik Dolezal is a 58-year-old man who resides in Novy Bydzov, Czech Republic. He is homeless, with no street, house, or apartment to call his own. His place of residence is a dilapidated rural house, surrounded by charred remains. Ludvik constantly sets fires around the house, using his own belongings as fuel - jackets, coats, books, and shoes - he burns anything that can catch fire. Then, when the cool of the night descends, Ludvik lies down to sleep directly in the warm ashes - he has a fondness for warmth. The soot from the fires has turned him completely black, with only the whites of his eyes contrasting against his coal-covered skin, making him resemble a ghostly figure.
Ludvik is a peculiar record-breaker, potentially holding the title of the Dirtiest Man in Europe. He is fully aware of his repulsive appearance, but he has become accustomed to it. Every evening, he simply buries himself in ash, using it as a blanket. "I had everything - jackets, shoes, mattresses, even a down blanket. But I burned it all because there was nothing to sustain the fire," says Dolezal. "Sometimes people help me by bringing fuel for the bonfire, like old tires. I spend the whole day burning the fire and go to sleep at 7:30 pm."
Many believe that Ludvik suffers from a mental disorder. Indeed, a person who spends their days setting fires to sleep on the resulting ashes does not appear to be of sound mind. However, Ludvik himself sees nothing terrible about his way of life, and his blackened appearance does not bother him in the slightest. While Ludvik may hold the title of the Dirtiest Man in Europe, he has long been surpassed by an Iranian man named Haji, who has not taken a bath in the last 60 years. Unfortunately, Ludvik cannot beat this record; even if he had never bathed since birth, he is only 58 years old, so it is too early to think about a world record. Nevertheless, Europe has not witnessed another person as filthy as Ludvik Dolezal, while he continues to burn his fires, absorbing soot and smoke through every pore of his being.
