Early Career and Polonìa Warszawa

Lukasz Teodorczyk, a Polish striker, began his football journey at Wkra in his hometown. In January 2010, he joined Polonia Warszawa and initially played for the reserve team. His debut for the first team came on October 26, 2010, in a cup match against Ostrowiec-Swietokrzyski, where he scored in extra time. Three days later, he made his league debut. Teodorczyk's first Ekstraklasa goal came on August 27, 2011, against Lukasz Sapela of Belchatow. By the time he left for Lech Poznań in January 2013, he had appeared in 32 league and cup matches for Polonia, scoring 11 goals.

Success with Lech Poznań

On February 24, 2013, Teodorczyk made his debut for Lech Poznań against Ruch Chorzów. He scored two assists and contributed to the team's victory. His first goal for Lech came on May 4, 2013, against Wisla Krakow. On July 18, 2013, he made his UEFA Europa League debut against HJK Helsinki, scoring a goal and assisting another.

Transfer to Dynamo Kyiv

In August 2014, Ukrainian club Dynamo Kyiv expressed interest in Teodorczyk. He underwent medical tests and signed a five-year contract on August 27 for a transfer fee of 4 million euros. In his debut match for Dynamo, he assisted Andriy Yarmolenko in the victory over Chornomorets Odesa. However, he received limited playing time.

Loan to Anderlecht and Permanent Transfer

Teodorczyk started for Dynamo Kyiv in the Europa League Round of 16 against Everton, scoring one of five goals against Tim Howard on March 19, 2015. On August 3, he was loaned to Anderlecht until the end of the 2016/17 season. Anderlecht later exercised their option to buy his contract from Dynamo Kyiv on March 30, 2017.

International Career

Teodorczyk played for Poland's Under-20 team in 2010, scoring two goals in his debut match. He made his youth national team debut on June 6, 2011, and scored two goals against Albania in a European Championship qualifying match on September 2. On February 2, 2013, he debuted for the senior national team in a friendly against Romania, scoring twice and assisting Szymon Pawlowski.
