Origins and Formation

In late 2000, rappers Flame and Sonic joined forces to create music for Flame's group. Despite having their own hip-hop projects, they recorded the hit track "Serebryany Veter" (Silver Wind) in May 2001. The collaboration sparked an immediate success, leading to the formation of the group M095.

Early Success and Collaborations

Over the summer of 2001, M095 recorded several tracks and began performing in Moscow clubs. They gained attention through notable events such as supporting acts for T.A.T.U. and performances at the MTV Russian Music Awards.

Debut Album and Recognition

By spring 2002, M095 had completed most of their debut album's material. They continued their concert activities, collaborating with White Hot Ice and Mnogotochie and performing at the stadium Luzhniki.

Acceptance into the Moscow Scene

M095 expanded their collaborations by recording with RIVA in late 2002. They also gained recognition as Sound Producers for RIVA's first singles, one of which featured Flame as an MC. The track "Otpusti" (Let Go) received significant airplay on NEXT radio station.

2003: Breakthrough and Commercial Success

2003 marked a year of intense live performances for M095. They prepared for the release of their debut album, "Byvaet u Kazhdovogo" (It Happens to Everyone), which was preceded by a music video for "Ledi i Dzhentlmeny" (Ladies and Gentlemen). The album's presentation and video premiere took place in November 2003, establishing M095 as a major force in the Moscow music scene.

Style Evolution and Second Album

With 2004 came a desire for stylistic growth. M095 began experimenting with Reggae and Ragga influences, which were showcased in the album "Uragan" (Hurricane) and the music video for "Rasta-Basta."

Team Expansion and Third Album

In 2005, RIVA joined M095, bringing her unique vocals to the mix. The team focused on completing their third album, an experimental venture that blended their signature styles.

Departure, Collaboration, and Future

Despite facing setbacks with a record label, M095 continued to produce solo projects and exclusive mixes. They planned for the release of their third album in late 2006, which promised to push their musical boundaries even further.
