At the age of 12, she performed as the opening act for the Bee Gees. Later, she joined the pop quartet China Doll, where she sang alongside Samantha Gibbs.
Breakthrough in Film and Television
Delfino made her significant film debut in 1997 with "Zeus and Roxanne," playing the elder daughter of a marine biologist. Her career took a significant turn when she landed a recurring role on the short-lived sitcom "The Tony Danza Show." Her striking physical resemblance to Danza's real-life daughter was uncannily uncanny, earning her the attention of casting agents.
