Early Life and Military CareerMabandla Dlamini was a Swazi politician who served as Prime Minister of Swaziland from 1976 to 1979. As a member of the royal family, he pursued a military career, rising to the rank of Colonel.
Political Career
Upon his appointment as Prime Minister, Dlamini became a staunch supporter of King Sobhuza II's policies. On March 25, 1977, King Sobhuza II abolished the parliamentary system, a move that met with Dlamini's approval.
