Early Career

After completing his university studies, Mario Batali started working as a dishwasher at the restaurant "Stuff Yer Face." He quickly climbed the ranks and became a chef within a few months. He then worked as a kitchen assistant at the "Six Bells public house" in Chelsea, under the guidance of Mauro Pierre White. Mario also gained experience in several Parisian restaurants.
