Marta Klubowicz is a popular Polish actress who began her career in the mid-80s. She gained recognition for her roles in films such as "Dziewczeta z Nowolipek" as Amelka, "Och, Karol" as Paulina, and "Wakacje z Madonna" as Danka.

Emerging as a Leading Actress

In the 90s, Marta Klubowicz firmly established herself as one of the leading actresses in Poland. She appeared regularly in various films and TV series, not only in her homeland but also internationally. Her talent and star quality led her to be invited by Igor Maslennikov, along with another famous actress Beata Tyszkiewicz, to star in the film “What Did the Dead Say?”. Maslennikov explained that he chose Klubowicz for the leading female role in the adaptation of the famous adventurous novel by Ioanna Khmelevskaya because he couldn't find among Polish actresses "a burst of energy in a helpless female character." The director's choice proved to be right as Klubowicz delivered an outstanding performance, embodying all the qualities that Khmelevskaya had envisioned for her character - coquettishness and composure, imagination and self-control, irony and female intuition.
