Mathis Olimb: A Norwegian Ice Hockey Star
Early Career and SuccessMatis Olimb, a Norwegian ice hockey player, began his career with the Norwegian club Vålerenga. He made a significant impact in his debut season, winning both the Elite Series and youth championship. His success prompted him to join Manglerud Star the following year, where he recorded 20 points in 35 games.
International Experience and Return to Norway
Before the 2004/05 season, Olimb left Manglerud due to financial issues and relocated to the Ontario Hockey League in Canada. He represented the London Knights and Sarnia Sting during his time in Canada. He also participated in the European Trophy, where Frölunda finished seventh and Olimb recorded 11 points in 10 games.
