Maureen McCormick is an American actress, best known for her role as Marcia Brady in the television series "The Brady Bunch." She was born on August 5, 1956, in California to Irene (née Beckman) and William McCormick, a teacher. From an early age, Maureen's creative talents were evident, and those around her were convinced that she would eventually become famous.

Maureen's first public appearance was in the Baby Miss San Fernando Valley beauty pageant. She won first prize and impressed everyone with her natural behavior on stage. She attended Charles Evans Hughes Junior High and Taft High School, where she excelled academically and participated in school and college productions.

Early Career
In 1964, Maureen made her first television appearance in a commercial. She then began doing voice-over work for well-known characters. In March 1985, she married Michael Cummings, who had never heard of Marcia Brady but fell in love with Maureen at first sight. They married and four years later, welcomed their beautiful daughter, Natalie Michelle Cummings.
Currently, the family resides in Westlake Village, southern California. Maureen continues to work, and her talented creative endeavors continue to attract the attention of a large number of fans.
