Maxi Mounds, an American woman, holds the Guinness World Record for having the largest artificial breasts. Her breasts are not natural - she achieved their size through surgical means, proudly wearing polypropylene implants. According to her official website, each of her breasts weighs 9 kg. However, the weight of her impressive breasts has caused her back pain. Nevertheless, Maxi is not willing to have them reduced.
