Mel Blanc, an American comedic actor, was famous for his voice acting abilities. Throughout his career, he voiced a large number of animated characters. Mel Blanc was born on May 30, 1908, in San Francisco, California, and grew up in Portland. He graduated from Lincoln High School. In 1927, Blanc first showcased his talents to the public. The aspiring artist had a unique voice and the ability to voice different characters.

In 1935, Mel Blanc began working with a Hollywood studio, and the following year he started working for CBS radio. His work was so productive that by the end of the 1930s, he became one of the most sought-after voice actors. Moreover, Blanc's unique ability to make anyone laugh was highly valued. After some time, Mel Blanc became the host and lead of his own radio program. For a whole year, he entertained listeners with various verbal tricks, creating comedic characters and modeling different current situations. On January 24, 1961, Blanc was involved in a car accident on one of the boulevards in Hollywood. He suffered serious injuries, including a fractured skull, both legs, and pelvis, which caused him to be in a coma for three weeks. This accident shocked his large audience of fans, who flooded the actor with anxious letters.

Blanc returned to work in March and continued to work diligently. He also taught his own son the art of voice acting, who proved to be talented as well.

Mel Blanc passed away on July 10, 1989, in Sinai due to prolonged heart disease and emphysema. His work remains a classic in the genre.
