In 1951, Bank launched his professional career as a concertmaster at the Novosibirsk State Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre. He later worked at the Moscow Concert Organization, collaborating with renowned opera singers such as Ivan Kozlovsky and Zurab Sotkilava, as well as ballet dancers of the highest caliber.
