Early Life and Career

British racing driver ___, born to a British military officer serving in Egypt, began his passion for racing in amateur events. In 1969, with support from stockbrokers Ralph Clark and David Mordaunt, he made his debut in the ShellSport Formula 3 Championship, where he later secured third place in 1970.

Formula 1 and Formula 2

In 1971, ___ embarked on a dual racing trajectory in both Formula 1 and Formula 2 Championships.
