Born on June 25, 2004, in Almaty, Mikhail Shaidorov inherited his love for figure skating from his father, Stanislav, a multiple national champion. At the age of six, Mikhail began training under the guidance of his father.

Move to Moscow and Training with Urmonov

To enhance his training, Mikhail and his family relocated to Moscow at the age of 14. The lack of proper facilities and support in Kazakhstan prompted this move. Later, Mikhail moved to Sochi, where he trained under the legendary Olympic champion, Alexei Urmanov.

Early Career and International Success

Mikhail's competitive career began with regional and national championships. In 2018, he made his mark internationally, placing fourth at the Egna Spring Trophy and winning silver at the Bosphorus Cup.
