Early Career

Milan Berke Belkamp was born on September 17, 1977, in Haarlem, Netherlands. He began his football career at the youth team of Zandvoort Meuwen before joining the youth academy of Ajax Amsterdam.

Ajax Debut

Belkamp made his debut for Ajax in the Dutch league on May 11, 1997, against Heerenveen. He came on as a substitute in the 54th minute, helping Ajax secure a 2-1 victory.

Loan Spells

In 1997, Belkamp was loaned to Volendam. He made his debut for the club against Utrecht on November 2, and featured regularly in their lineup throughout the season.

After his loan spell, Belkamp joined Genoa in Italy as a free agent in 1998. However, he only played 14 matches for the Serie A club.

Return to the Netherlands

In 1999, Belkamp returned to the Netherlands and signed for De Graafschap. He spent six seasons with the club, making 161 appearances and scoring five goals.

Belgium and Haarlem

In August 2005, Belkamp moved to Belgium and joined FC Mechelen. After a brief stint there, he returned to the Netherlands and signed a six-month contract with Haarlem in January 2006.

Belkamp debuted for Haarlem in February and scored a goal within minutes of coming on the pitch. He extended his contract for another season in March 2006.

Later Career

Belkamp became a regular fixture in Haarlem's defense over the next few seasons. He played 72 league games in two and a half seasons, scoring three goals.

In 2009, Haarlem declared bankruptcy, and Belkamp left the club. He joined amateur side SV ARC in March 2010, where he became the club's oldest player.
