Millicent Martin, an English actress, singer, and talented screenwriter, was born on June 8, 1934, in Romford, England. Martin's dream was to pursue a professional acting career, which she achieved in 1954 when she made her Broadway debut in the production of "The Boy Friend" alongside the renowned actress Julie Andrews.
