Early Life and Family

Born in 1966 in the city of Balkhash, Mikhail Kravchenko came from a family of geologists. After graduating from Moscow State University with a degree in economics, he briefly worked as a real estate agent, accumulating his initial capital through the sale of communal apartments.

Founding "8 March"

In 1996, Kravchenko purchased the furniture factory "8 March," marking the beginning of his company's history. The loss of his family in a tragic car accident at the end of the 1990s became a catalyst for his dedication to his business, allowing him to find solace in his work.

Innovative and Pioneering

At a time when imported, budget-level furniture and homemade creations dominated the market, "8 March" stood out as an innovator. The company introduced high-quality, branded upholstered furniture, inspired by renowned European designs.
