Mitchell Donald is a Surinamese-Dutch footballer who played as a midfielder for the Amsterdam-based club, Ajax. He also represented the Suriname national team. Throughout his career, Donald played for various clubs including Ajax, Willem II, Roda, Mordovia, and Crvena Zvezda.
Early Career

In early 2007, Donald joined the main squad of Ajax for their pre-season training camp in South Africa. After the camp, he was offered a professional contract with Ajax. On February 1, 2007, Donald signed a four-year contract with the club. He made his debut for the first team on February 14, 2007, in a UEFA Cup match against Werder Bremen. He returned to full training in March 2009 and participated in the Amsterdam Tournament in July. In January 2010, Ajax loaned Donald to Willem II. Later, in February 2011, he signed a three-year contract with Roda, which came into effect on July 1, 2011.
