Early Career and Move to Germany

Idrissou began his professional career in his native Cameroon with Racing Bafoussam and Coton Sport. In 2000, he moved to Germany, joining Frankfurt as his first club. He subsequently had a brief stint with Wehen Wiesbaden before making a permanent move to Hannover 96 in 2002.

Time in German Clubs

Idrissou stayed with Hannover 96 for four seasons, showcasing his attacking prowess. He then spent one season with Duisburg before joining Freiburg in 2008, where he played until 2010. From 2010 to 2011, he had a successful spell with Borussia Mönchengladbach.

Eintracht Frankfurt

On August 31, 2011, Idrissou signed a one-year contract with Eintracht Frankfurt, marking his return to the city of his former club. He made a significant contribution to the team during his time there.

International Career

Idrissou made his international debut for Cameroon in 2003. He has since earned 32 caps and scored 6 goals for his country. He was included in the Cameroon squad for the 2010 FIFA World Cup, representing his nation on the global stage.
