Egyptian Weightlifter with the World's Biggest Biceps

Mustafa Adel Ismail, an Egyptian weightlifter, has been recognized by Guinness World Records as the owner of the largest biceps in the world. Ismail has been pumping iron in the gym twice a day for the past 10 years, resulting in his impressive biceps measuring 31 inches (or 78.7 cm) in circumference.
Relocating for Modern Sports Equipment

In order to have access to more advanced sports equipment, Mustafa moved to the United States. According to him, he trains twice a day, focusing not only on his massive arms but also on his entire muscular system, while also working on strength and endurance. These workouts not only improve his mood but also allow Mustafa to visibly see the results in his continuously improving physique. He enjoys using free weights and witnessing the growth of his arms, shoulders, and chest. Mustafa believes that, in addition to intense training, his extraordinary results are also due to a special diet and, of course, favorable genetics.
A Diet of Protein and Carbohydrates

Mustafa consumes a high amount of protein, up to 3000 grams per day, as well as foods rich in carbohydrates. For breakfast, he devours 15 eggs with a substantial amount of bread and cheese. In addition, he consumes approximately 1.5 kilograms of chicken, half a kilogram of beef or fish, and three liters of protein shakes.
