Education

1972: Graduated from Kyiv Institute of National Economy with a degree in Statistics, earning the qualification of Economist.

2003: Earned a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Dnipropetrovsk Regional Institute of Public Administration, Ukrainian Academy of Public Administration under the President of Ukraine.

Career

Started her career at Dnipropetrovsk Regional Statistical Office of the Central Statistical Office of the Ukrainian SSR.

1975-1982: Worked as an Economist, Senior Engineer-Economist, Senior Foreman at the Production Section, and Head of the Planning and Production Department of a tobacco factory in Dnipropetrovsk.

1982-1986: Head of the Planning and Production Department of the Dnipropetrovsk branch of the institute "Ukrsiilgosptehproekt."

1995-1999: Head of Dnipropetrovsk Regional Financial Department.

1999-2002: Head of Main Financial Department of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration.

2002-2005: Deputy Chairman of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration.

November 2005 - September 2007: Chairman of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration.

December 26, 2007: Appointed Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

Resigned from her position as Deputy Minister of Defense on March 11, 2009.

Achievements and Accolades

2002: Candidate of Economic Sciences.
2005: Associate Professor, Honored Economist of Ukraine.

Order of Princess Olga, III (October 2006) and II (March 2009) degrees.

Honorary Certificate of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (June 2003).
