Biography of Natalia Semenchenko

Natalia Semenchenko is an economist, professor, and writer. She was born on January 24, 1976, in Kiev, Ukraine. She graduated from the Publishing and Printing Faculty of the National Technical University of Ukraine "KPI" with a specialization in Management in the Non-Production Sphere in 1998. In 1999, she entered the graduate school at the Faculty of Management and Marketing of NTUU "KPI".

From 2000 to 2005, Natalia actively participated in European scientific conferences. In 2005, she defended her doctoral dissertation on the topic "Strategy for the Formation of Reliability of Sales Structures." In this work, Natalia introduced and justified the concept of "reliability" in the field of economics for the first time.

Starting from the same year, Natalia began collaborating with the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences, where she provided economic justification for a number of academy projects. She actively published her work and released a monograph.

In 2006, Natalia received the title of Corresponding Member of the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences. From 2008 to 2010, she became interested in journalism and published three books: "Hunting for the Truth," "Education in Ukraine," and "Education and Intelligence." These books reflect the current state of Ukraine and the perception of global changes in the world and the native country by Ukrainian citizens.

On November 10, 2010, Natalia held an online conference on the topic "Economic Perspectives of Ukraine through the Prism of Local Elections," where users had the opportunity to ask any questions regarding her views on the future development of Ukraine.

By the beginning of 2012, Natalia Semenchenko had published over 100 works, including scientific and socio-economic articles, five monographs, and three books on publicistic topics.

On December 19, 2011, Natalia defended her doctoral dissertation on the topic "Genesis of Enterprise Restructuring in the Conditions of Globalization" and received her doctorate.

In 2011, Natalia started hosting her own program called "Experience" on the First National Channel of Ukrainian Television. The main idea of the program was to understand the essence of ongoing reforms in the Ukrainian state. Natalia not only hosted the show but also wrote the scripts herself. The program featured leading scientists, politicians, and experts as guests.

In December 2014, Natalia presented a trilogy titled "Hunting for Truth" to the public, consisting of "Independence," "Revolution," and "Corruption." In these books, the author thoroughly examines and presents the reader with the internal political and economic situation in Ukraine, while also revealing trends and changes in the globalized world.

Natalia promotes her books through presentations in several Eastern European countries and by organizing conferences and roundtable discussions in Ukraine. The main topic of her public speeches is the fight against corruption.

In the spring of 2015, Natalia Semenchenko became the head of the Center for Research and Innovation "Dosvid," which is engaged in scientific research and innovation.

Natalia has been featured in popular print media in Ukraine, such as "Vlast Deneg," "Status," "Svobodnaya Tribuna," "Public People," "2000," "Facts," "Top-10," "Gazeta Po-Kievski," "Ukraina Moloda," and "Business Ukraine." She is fluent in Russian, Ukrainian, and English and has a working knowledge of Hungarian and Italian with the help of dictionaries.

In addition to her professional interests, Natalia enjoys traveling, exploring the culture and lifestyle of foreign countries, and actively participating in sports. She has received awards in swimming, chess, and shooting.
