Natalie Jane Imbruglia was born on February 4, 1975, in the small town of Berkeley Vale, Australia. Her father was of Italian descent. Natalie spent most of her carefree childhood on the beach with her three younger sisters. At the age of 13, she suddenly developed a passionate desire to sing, and at 15, she enrolled in an acting school, although her time there was short-lived.
