Biography of Neka Kuburović
Early Life and EducationNeka Kuburović was born on April 7, 1982, in Sarajevo, Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (SFRY). In 2005, she graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Belgrade with a government scholarship.
Judicial Career
From February 2006 to December 2008, Kuburović served as a judicial assistant in a municipal court in Belgrade. From December 2008 to August 2009, she worked as an advisor in the Ministry of Justice. She then held positions in the Regulatory Sector and the High Judicial Council, where she took office in May 2013. Kuburović has also received professional training in Spain, France, and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

From July 2014 to August 2016, Kuburović served as Assistant Minister of Justice.
Minister of Justice
On August 11, 2016, Kuburović became Minister of Justice in the second cabinet of Aleksandar Vučić.
