Biography of Nicola McLean
Nicola McLean, a Scottish model, choreographer, and television presenter, was born on April 21, 1984, in Hamilton, South Lanarkshire. She began her career at the age of fifteen when she was discovered during a photoshoot for a school portfolio. Initially, McLean worked as an office administrator in an oil company before fully transitioning to the modeling industry.

Early Career
In 2002-2003, McLean became the face of "The Daily Record" newspaper, which led to her signing a contract with the "Look Agency" (now known as the "Colours Agency") in Glasgow. She appeared in numerous advertising campaigns in Scotland for brands such as "Slaters," "House of Fraser," "Quiz," "Internacionale," "Sunday Herald," "Lyle & Scott," and "USC." McLean also had the opportunity to work with renowned designers like Amanda Wakely, Armani, and Ralph Lauren.

International Success
In 2003, McLean signed a contract with the "Beatrice" modeling agency during a photoshoot for the Scottish newspaper "Daily Record" in Milan. This contract allowed her to collaborate with Vivienne Westwood, the British designer known for pioneering the punk style in the fashion world. The following year, she joined the "Storm" modeling agency and walked the runway during London Fashion Week for designer Ronit Zilkha, alongside Jodie Kidd and Rachel Hunter.

Charitable Work
McLean actively participated in various charitable fashion shows, including those for organizations such as "Breast Cancer Care," "The Red Cross," and "Cash for Kids." She also represented Greece in a promotional campaign for the Eurovision Song Contest. In 2006, McLean was a finalist in the annual "Scottish Fashion Awards" and won the title of "Miss Scotland." She went on to represent her country in the "Miss World" competition held in Warsaw, Poland.

Television and Personal Life
During her time at the "Miss World" competition, McLean was selected as a co-host for the Scottish radio show "Bowie at Breakfast" with George Bowie. She conducted celebrity interviews and was part of the award-winning radio team, which received the "Sony Radio Award." McLean has also expressed her desire to become a Bond Girl and has been involved in media campaigns for "Rox Jewelers."
In 2009, McLean showcased her choreography skills at the "How to Look Good Fully Clothed" fashion event in Motherwell, Scotland. She married Paul Montgomery in a private ceremony at the "Moorings" hotel in Motherwell in October 2010, attended only by close family and friends.
