Childhood and Adolescence
In 1992, Nurith Hirschfeld was born in Zurich to casting agent Ruth Hirschfeld. Her artistic lineage can be traced back to her grandfather, Kurt Hirschfeld, a theatrical director and playwright who fled Nazi Germany to Switzerland. From a young age, Nurith displayed exceptional talent in the arts. As a schoolgirl, she made her debut in the 2004 film "Sternenberg."
Theatrical Journey
During her studies at the Otto Falckenberg School of Performing Arts in Munich, Hirschfeld began performing on the stage of the Munich Chamber Theatre. After graduating, she joined the Kiel Opera Theatre in 2016, showcasing her skills in productions such as "The Winter's Tale" and "Magic Mike."
Film and Television
Hirschfeld returned to the big screen in 2010 with the critically acclaimed drama "180° – When the World Turns Upside Down." In 2016, she landed her first leading role in "Zoé & Julie: Hidden Marks." Her television credits include "Mountain Rescue," "Crime Scene," and "Stuttgart Homicide."
Musical Explorations
In 2019, Hirschfeld emerged as a musician, composer, and songwriter. She released her debut EP, "For Selma," followed by "Mothers" and "Of Selma." Her music explores the complexities and connections between women through her family's matrilineal lineage.
Personal Life

Recent Endeavors
