Taras Tarasov is a prominent Ukrainian entrepreneur and politician.Early Life and Career
Tarasov graduated from the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv in International Business. He has extensive experience in the agricultural sector, holding managerial roles in various companies, including as Deputy Director for Foreign Economic Activity at Agroextra, a private enterprise.
Agricultural Involvement
Tarasov is Vice-Chairman of the All-Ukrainian Agrarian Council and Head of the Ukrainian Grain Union. These positions demonstrate his deep involvement in the agricultural industry.
Political Career
Tarasov entered politics as a candidate for the Servant of the People party in the 2019 parliamentary elections. Elected as a member of the Ukrainian Parliament (Verkhovna Rada), he became a member of the Committee on Agrarian and Land Policy.
