Early Life and Training

Olga Saladukha, a Ukrainian track and field athlete, was born in Donetsk, Ukraine. She began training in long jump and triple jump at the age of 13 under the guidance of Anatoly Boyko.

Athletic Career

Saladukha emerged as a formidable athlete, winning numerous Ukrainian championships. She achieved her personal best in long jump at 6.37 meters and in triple jump at 14.98 meters. Her crowning achievements include the 2011 World Championship title and the 2010 European Championship title in triple jump.

Olympic Success

Saladukha represented Ukraine at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London, where she won a bronze medal in triple jump with a distance of 14.79 meters.

Political Involvement

Beyond her athletic pursuits, Saladukha ventured into politics as a candidate for parliament in 2019. She ran on the platform of the "Servant of the People" party, holding the 57th spot on their candidate list.
