Biography of Onafudjiri Remet
Onafudjiri Remet, also known as Fuji, is a three-year-old Nigerian photographer who has gained worldwide recognition for his work. Born in Lagos, a major port city in southwestern Nigeria, Onafudjiri has already chosen his future profession at such a young age, while most of his peers play with toy cars.

In June 2013, an exhibition of his photographs was held in Lagos. His father, Pius Kugbere Remet, an artist and graphic designer, sent some of Onafudjiri's pictures to CNN, which featured them in their news reports. The collection includes landscapes, street scenes, and portraits of family members, such as his nine-year-old sister, Onarietta, who is also interested in photography.
Pius Remet is proud that his son has followed in his footsteps and shows a clear interest in the arts. The creative atmosphere at home and constant access to a camera have played a significant role in nurturing Onafudjiri's passion for photography. Pius hopes that his son will become more than just an amateur photographer and use his abilities to leave a mark on the cultural heritage of humanity.
Onafudjiri is the middle child of Pius and Lilian Remet, a professional artist. The Remet family has three children, all of whom possess remarkable talents. Onatteni, their seven-year-old, also engages in drawing, graphic design, and photography. It seems that the Remets can be considered experts in early childhood development.
At the age of three, Onafudjiri has already amassed a collection of over three thousand photographs. This is quite impressive considering the fact that he started taking pictures with a camera that was almost half his size.
