Formation and Early Success
The music group Osoboe Mnenie, as a collective, was founded in 2003 in Kokshetau, Kazakhstan by two brothers, Vladimir and Anton. Both brothers were DJs by profession, but they realized that music was their true passion. They decided to leave the nightclub scene and focus on writing and recording songs. Their first song, "Proshchai Leto," caught the attention of millions of listeners and reached the top of the charts on the Kazakhstani radio station "NS" in 2004.

Expansion and Regional Recognition
Encouraged by their initial success, Osoboe Mnenie made the decision to continue their musical career in Russia. By this time, the group had expanded to include five members: Vladimir and Anton, Kamel Shayakhmetov on guitar, Petr Kramer on bass guitar, and Sergey Bykov on keyboards. In the autumn of 2004, they released a music video for their song "Vspominayu..." which gained significant airplay on over 30 regional television channels, including "Music Box," "2x2," and "TVC." The song had already been receiving airplay on various radio stations in Russia, consistently ranking high on the music charts.
Studio Work and Charity Tour
From 2005 to 2006, Osoboe Mnenie dedicated their time to studio work and preparing for the release of their debut album while simultaneously performing in clubs. During this period, they recorded 11 songs, a majority of which received recognition on the internet. In August 2006, the group organized a charity tour in Kazakhstan, with all proceeds from the concerts going towards helping orphaned children.
Official Presentation and Future Plans
In February 2007, Osoboe Mnenie had their official presentation in Moscow. They plan to shoot a new music video and release their debut album in the near future.
