Formation of the Ensemble

In 1986, the ensemble "Paleshuks" was established and began its activities at the Ivanov City House of Culture.

Acclaimed Accomplishments

- 1990:The ensemble "Paleshuks" received the honorary title of "People's Ensemble."

- 2004:The ensemble was awarded the title "Honored Amateur Collective of the Republic of Belarus."

Mission and Values

Preserving and Promoting Belarusian Heritage:The ensemble's primary mission is to popularize the folk art of Belarusians, particularly the Polesie region. It aims to preserve a love for folk songs and music, foster cultural heritage, and safeguard the unique elements of Polesie, including distinctive melodies, folk music, and song tunes.

Leadership

Ivan Ivanovich Zasimovich (from March 2013)

A graduate of the Belarusian State Academy of Music with a Master's degree in Art History, Ivan Zasimovich is an accomplished musician, arranger, concert performer, and multi-instrumentalist. He is the recipient of numerous national and international awards, including:

- 2012: Clingental "ACCOHOLIDAY" International Music Festival (Germany)

- 2011: Kyiv International Music Festival (Ukraine)
