Paulo Cesar Falbush Pires, better known as Paulo Zulu, was born on April 2, 1963 in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He acquired the nickname "Zulu" during his childhood due to his dark tan and resemblance to a black African. Despite the nickname, Paulo embraces it and does not consider himself a racist.

Early Life

As a child, Paulo was an active boy who spent most of his time on the beaches of Leblon with his friends. His mother, Nene Falbush, a former physical education teacher, remembers him as a mischievous child. Paulo developed a passion for the ocean and engaged in activities like underwater swimming, water skiing, and surfing.

Modeling Career

At the age of 28, Paulo decided to pursue a career as a model. He signed a contract with Elite agency and quickly gained success, becoming the face of brands like Armani, Valentino, Dolce & Gabbana, Gianfranco Ferre, and Jean Paul Gaultier.

Love and Family
