Early Career
Pavlo Ksenz was born into a footballing family in Myrhorod, Ukraine. He began playing football at a young age and joined the local club Zemlyak. He later moved to Kyiv and represented Dynamo Kyiv, Otradne, and Ukrtelecom in the DYuFL youth league, where he became the top scorer in the 2003/2004 season.
Club Career
Dinamo KyivKsenz made his debut for Dynamo Kyiv's reserve team, Dinamo-3, in 2004. He also appeared for Dinamo-2 in the same year.
Loan Spells
In 2007, Ksenz was loaned to CSKA Kyiv. He was subsequently loaned to Zakarpattia in the same year, where he scored one goal in 22 appearances. The following season, he was loaned to Illichivets Mariupol and later to Kharkiv.
Return to Zakarpattia
Ksenz returned to Zakarpattia on loan in September 2009.Karpaty Lviv
In March 2012, Ksenz signed a contract with Karpaty Lviv, where he became a regular starter and wore the number 7 jersey.
International Career
Ksenz represented Ukraine at the U-17 and U-19 levels, making 28 appearances and scoring 10 goals in total.
