Born in Sweden, Peter Tägtgren is a celebrated musician, composer, multi-instrumentalist, producer, music video director, and leader of the death metal band Hypocrisy. He is also the brains behind the industrial metal project Pain.

Diverse Musical Pursuits

Tägtgren's musical explorations extend beyond his primary bands. He founded the black metal project The Abyss and participated in supergroups War (black metal), Lock Up (grindcore), and Bloodbath (death metal).
