World Under-21 Triumph
Prior to his professional debut, Goggins showcased his exceptional talent by winning the 1999 World Under-21 Championship in Egypt. In a gripping final, he emerged victorious over Dutch snooker player Ralph de Jongh, securing an impressive 11-4 victory.
Main Tour Tenure and Return to Amateurism
Goggins made a strong impact on the main tour, qualifying for the 2008/09 British Championship. However, despite his best efforts, his performances fell short of his expectations. After the conclusion of the season, Goggins left the main tour and resumed his career on the amateur circuit.
