Roman Mednyi is a style consultant, shopping guide, blogger, and entrepreneur. He was born on January 25, 1986.

Early Life and Education

Roman Mednyi graduated from Donetsk National University, majoring in philology. During his studies, he became a fashion reviewer for the Ukrainian version of the magazine "Afisha." In 2005, he moved to St. Petersburg and participated in the opening of the magazine "Restaurannoie i Gostinichnoie Delo" as a lifestyle specialist. After working in the editorial team for a month, he became the deputy editor-in-chief. He also collaborated with the Moscow magazine "Restorannye Vedomosti."

Career and Achievements

In 2007, Roman Mednyi relocated to Moscow and worked with magazines such as "Afisha" and "L'Officiel." Starting from 2008, he began providing individual styling consultation and shopping assistance services. In 2009, he completed the Marangoni courses specializing in Fashion Styling. In 2011, he attended the Make-Up Atelier courses to learn makeup artistry and later interned at the Make Up For Ever training center in Paris. He then started conducting training sessions on various topics related to fashion and style, attracting hundreds of participants.

As an expert in Life Style Management, Roman Mednyi collaborated with publications such as Russian Reporter, Gazeta.ru, Expert, and D'. Forbes Russia recognized him as one of the best experts in shopping assistance. In the summer of 2012, he began hosting the "Fashion and Style" segment on the TV show "Vse Bude Dobre!" on the STB channel, targeting a female audience, with Nadezhda Matveeva as the host.

In January 2013, he participated in the development of a training program for the management of Italian fashion houses, commissioned by the Chamber of Fashion of Italy. Since spring 2013, he has been actively collaborating with Forbes Ukraine.
