Ryan Merriman, an American actor, was born on April 10, 1983, in the small town of Choctaw, Oklahoma. His parents, Earl and Nona Merriman, have German ancestry on his father's side and English and Scottish roots on his mother's side. Ryan married Mikaela Duncan on June 25, 2004, whom he had been dating since high school. Some of his closest friends are his co-stars from various films.
