Early Life and Career
Born in the village of Antontsy, Poltava Oblast on August 20, 1935.Graduated from the Poltava Agricultural Institute in 1962 with a degree in zootechnics.
Involvement in Agriculture
1952: Began working as a general laborer in Lenin Collective Farm.1954-1958: Served as an instructor for the Reshetylivka District Committee of LCYMU.
1958-1962: Held various positions, including farm manager and assistant foreman, in collective farms.
1962-1964: Appointed as a zootechnician in Zhdanov Collective Farm.
1963-1974: Became chairman of the "Path to Communism" Collective Farm in Voskoboyniky.
Leadership in Government and Agriculture
1974: Elected as chairman of the Reshetylivka District Executive Committee.
1975: Appointed as chairman of the Ordzhonikidze Collective Farm.
Founded the private agricultural enterprise "Agroekolohiya."2006: Ran for a seat in the Ukrainian Parliament as a candidate of the People's Block of Lytvyn.
Honors and Recognition
1991: Awarded the title of Hero of Socialist Labor.1999: Conferred the title of Hero of Ukraine.
