Early Life and Education
The architect was born on July 26, 1953, in the village of Grakhovo, Grakhovsky district, Udmurt Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic. In 1979, he graduated from the architecture faculty of the Kuibyshev Civil Engineering Institute (KuISI).
Early Career
In 1985, the architect became a member of the Union of Architects of Russia. From 1979 to 1980, he served as the chief architect of the city of Tolyatti. From 1980 to 1990, he worked at the "Kuibyshevgorproekt" Institute.
Architectural Practice
In 1990, the architect began working at the "MART" Design and Architectural Bureau founded by Honored Architect of Russia A. N. Gerasimov. In 1994, he became the co-founder and head of "MART" LLC.
