Early Life and Education
Born in Primorsky Krai, he graduated from the Far Eastern State Maritime Academy in 1992 with a degree in shipbuilding engineering.
Early Career
From 1985 to 1994, he trained and worked in the navy.Anchor Career
In 1994, he joined Anchor as the regional representative for the Far East. In 1995, he became the director of Anchor-Vladivostok, a subsidiary of Anchor. In 1998, he purchased the Vladivostok division of Anchor and signed a franchise agreement with Anchor's head office.
Formation of the Eastern Division
From 1999 to 2000, he focused on establishing Anchor's Eastern Division, opening subsidiaries in Irkutsk and Khabarovsk. In 2004, his three offices became part of Anchor Holding.
Holding Company
From 2004 to 2007, he worked as the director of regional development for Anchor Holding's management company.
Vice President for Business Development
In 2007, he became Vice President for Business Development.
Chief Executive Officer
On September 15, 2008, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer by the decision of the Board of Directors.
