Biography of Serzhan Zhumashov
Serzhan Zhumashov is a prominent businessman in Kazakhstan, known for his involvement in various industries such as development, investments, and retail. He is one of the largest Kazakh developers and serves as the co-owner and chairman of the board of directors of Capital Partners, a leading company in the country. It is worth noting that 40% of the company is owned by Turkish businessman Burak Oyman.
Capital Partners has been involved in numerous projects in both Kazakhstan and Russia, with most of their financing coming from AO Kazkommertsbank. In Russia, the company is well-known for its projects such as the Ritz-Carlton hotel on Tverskaya (which was sold to AO Verny Capital in 2011), the Metropolis Business Center (80,000 square meters) on Leningradskoye Shosse, and logistics parks in Pushkino and Domodedovo with a total area of 1 million square meters.
In Kazakhstan, Capital Partners has undertaken projects such as the Esentai Towers business center, the reconstruction of the Shymbulak ski resort, and the Medeu ice rink. In October, the company will be opening the Esentai Mall, a new shopping and entertainment center in Almaty.
